As a home is such a huge investment and high-ticket item, it will probably be very important for you to get it right and get a good deal out of the process. If you somehow end up selling it for less than it’s really worth, you can spend years regretting bad choices – so be sure to make things right and not have regrets after the fact. It’s well worth the added patience and effort.
