New details related to the next Samsung Gear S series smartwatch have surfaced. The device is reportedly codenamed Galileo internally, and is being developed (LTE variants) in the US.
The Gear S4 will be available in two sizes, with Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile all carrying it.
As for what new it’d bring to the table, the report mentions improved internals as well as health and fitness features. There’s likely to be more in-depth sleep tracking as well.
Earlier reports had suggested Q4 2018 launch for the wearable, which carries the model designation SM-R800. No information on pricing is available yet.
