The Samsung Gear Fit 2 could become available at some point in June, according to a report from not long ago. The upcoming wearable has been leaking a lot lately. We’ve already seen it in official press renders, a couple of hands-on images, and it’s even been confirmed by Samsung on one of its websites.
Today what we have are a bunch of new hands-on type shots of the fitness band, which look like they may have been taken from a promotional set that’s being prepared by Samsung for the launch.
The Gear Fit 2 seems to be able to track your runs on a map, thanks to its built-in GPS undoubtedly. It’s also got a heart rate monitor, as well as the usual sensors you find in such a device. Your steps will be counted, of course, and there will be estimates of calories burned and whatnot.
The band will allegedly have a 1.84-inch AMOLED display and 4GB of storage. It will be offered in black, blue, and pink.
