Samsung Galaxy A40 benchmarked with Exynos 7885 chipset

The Samsung Galaxy A40 has gone through Geekbench. It is powered by an Exynos 7885 chipset, which was recently featured on the Galaxy M20. The higher-end A-series phone does have more RAM 4GB.

Though thats not that much, going just a step up to the Galaxy A50 with an Exynos 9610 chipset and 4GB or 6GB of RAM. The difference in multi-core performance is tangible, in single-core less so. Both use Cortex-A73 as the big cores, but in different configurations 2+6 and 4+4 which explains the difference in multi-core power.
