T-Mobile has updated its Galaxy Note8 software update page to reflect that the Oreo update roll out for the device has been put on hold. The status field for the Oreo update entry now says the update was first available on April 1, but was paused on “April 3, and is temporarily unavailable.”
So far, the magenta carrier hasn’t offered any reason for move, and sadly, there’s also no information on when the roll out would resume. It’s been three weeks since the update was paused, so that’s already a good amount of time the company has taken.
Here’s hoping T-Mobile fixes the problem quickly, and the roll out resumes sooner than later.
