New update brings fingerprint bug fix for Essential Phone

Essential has started pushing out a new update to its PH-1 smartphone. Arriving as build version NMJ32F and weighing in at around 57MB, it’s a security update that brings along Android fixes for the month of November.

We’re rolling out a software update (build NMJ32F) with the November security patch + a fix for fingerprint gesture related instabilities.

In addition, the update also includes a fix for fingerprint gesture-related instabilities. As is usually the case with OTA roll outs, it might take time for the update notification to pop up on your device, so be patient.
