It is also important that you get your team’s feedback as well on whatever changes have been made as well as any thoughts they have on areas that could still stand to be improved. Doing this helps to strengthen your team’s ability to communicate, which as you know is one of the keys to creating a more efficient and unified team. Team building is an ongoing process, and one workshop alone does not mean your team has already achieved its goals.
