Swift Playgrounds is a new app by Apple for the iPad that lets you learn programming in Swift, the new language used natively on iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS. The app teaches you the basics in simple terms using 3D animations and puzzles so that even kids could learn how to code, and requires no prior knowledge of programming in any other language.


Shazam Lite

Are you tired of the bloatware that the Shazam app has become over the years and wish you could just find out the name of the song without any of the additional fluff? Then Shazam Lite is just for you. This barebones app lets you recognize the song and nothing else. It’s pretty much what anybody needed this service for and Shazam Lite does it best. It’s also extremely small at less than 1MB download and designed to work even on 2G connections. Currently only available on Android.

CloudPlayer is a streaming music player that can play music in any format from your Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive account. Simply upload your music to one of these services and CloudPlayer will stream it anywhere for you. The latest update also added the option to stream the content to any AirPlay enabled device in the house, such as an Apple TV.
