Asus Zenfone 5 Lite render leaks with quad-cameras and an 18:9 1080p+ display

There is a lot of smartphone news lined up for Barcelona later this month at the MWC. The latest leak comes from @evleaks and shows a render of the unannounced Asus Zenfone 5 Lite. We are expecting the Asus Zenfone 5 to be the headliner at Asus press event but a Lite version might be debuting alongside the Zenfone 5.

The render shows a smartphone with four cameras. According to Evan Blass, the phone has Dual 16MP main cameras and dual front-facing 20MP cameras for selfies and portrait camera features like (presumably) beauty mode and artificial bokeh.

The render also shows off the phones new 18:9 display with Full HD+ resolution. The screens diagonal dimension might be somewhere between 5.7 and 6.0 inches. Theres also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and you can clearly see the dual camera cutouts in the front.

Asus press event is scheduled to take place on February 27 and will take place in Barcelona during Mobile World Congress where the company is expected to announce the Zenfone 5.
