Some value battery life above all else and phones such as the new Asus Zenfone 4 Max are built specifically for them. Boasting a mammoth 5,000mAh battery and the PowerMaster power saving mode, the new Max can outlast most phones on the market.
The phones comes in two versions Snapdragon 430 (octa-core) and Snapdragon 425 (quad-core). You can have up to 4GB of RAM and 16/32/64GB storage (plus a microSD on a rare non-hybrid dual-SIM slot).

The in-box charger is relatively weak 10W and it takes a long 4 hours to charge the battery to 100%. Still, a 15 minute charge is enough for 3 hours of talk time. Also, the battery will stay cool during charging.
A 13MP dual camera on the back with a 120 field of view puts the Zenfone 4 Max above the common mid-ranger. Theres also an 8MP camera on the front, which can stitch 140 selfie panoramas.
